6:00p – 7:30p Greeting/directing attendees 2-3 volunteers
7:30p – 9:00p Greeting/directing attendees 2-3 volunteers

Food Prep (into Sunday, June 12)
4:30p – 6:30p Food and other set up 3-4 volunteers
8:00p – 10:15p Bev area /Food set up 3-4 volunteers
10:00p-11:00p Bev area/Kitch Mainenance 2 volunteers
11:00p-12:00a Bev area/Kitch Mainenance 2 volunteers
12:15a – 2:00a Food Prep/set up 3-4 volunteers
2:00a – 4:00a Food clean up 2 volunteers
