Immigration Committee Requests

Jon and Karen are immigration committee members who are providing Dora Mendoza with housing while she pursues her green card (lawful permanent residency). Dora has held Temporary Protected Status since 2001.She is an extraordinary nanny who cared for their son for almost two years.

They wrote: Dora recently relocated to California, lives in central Berkeley, and is available to work immediately with a new family for a full-time nanny position. She is also available for occasional babysitting. She has over twelve years of experience as a nanny and raised two children of her own into adulthood. She specializes in caring for children from early infancy to 3 years. Dora’s primarily language is Spanish but she is conversant in English.
