MULTI-ACCESS: Tu B’Shvat Seder

January 21 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm

$10 – $18

The Sacred Land Committee warmly invites you to celebrate Tu B’Shvat (the Celebration of Trees) at Kehilla in the Social Hall.
Together we’ll enjoy the foods that are traditional for this holiday. Join us for a sensory and interactive experience. We will read through a tree-centered Tu B’shvat seder full of beautiful poems, images, and blessings that highlight these sentient beings.
More details to follow.

Register for the Tu B’Shvat Seder here.

Register by January 15, 2024. $10-18 per person. Children $0-$5. Everyone is welcome no matter your funds. Money raised will cover the cost of the ritual foods and is a benefit for Kehilla.

For anyone interested in attending both this event and the Loving Our Own Bones author event, the Zoom for the author talk will be shown on a small screen in the Fireside room just before the seder. All are warmly invited to stay for both! Please register for each event separately, and RSVP to ReserveSpace@icloud.com if you plan to join us in the Fireside room.

For in-person attendance, please adhere to the COVID Public Health Protocols.

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ: The full Kehilla COVID Public Health Protocols here (updated December 1).

Effective December 1 – This new protocol is designed to decrease the possibility that the COVID, Flu or RSV virus spread at Kehilla.

  1. Anyone experiencing ANY symptoms of potentially contagious illness should remain at home and access Kehilla events virtually, regardless of vaccination status or even if you have received a negative COVID test result.
  2. Everyone attending a program, event, service or meeting held at Kehilla must stay current on all COVID vaccines and boosters, though we will no longer ask for proof upon entry. We encourage everyone to take a rapid antigen test before coming to Kehilla.
  3. All in-person attendees are expected to be masked indoors when not eating: N95, KN95, KF94 or comparable mask required.

In keeping with our health and safety protocols, Kehilla will provide maximum air filtration and ventilation. Doors and windows will be opened whenever possible and we recommend that you bring layers (it may be cold in the building).

All events at Kehilla are scent-free. Click here for information about what it means to be scent-free.
