BIPOC Shabbat – Beloved community, this space is for Black, Brown and Indigenous folks, and folks who identify as People of Color AND their Beloveds!! Join us as we slow down, embody self-care and step fully into our time of rest. We’ll gather at 6:45 and at 7pm we will light candles and invoke sacred space together in a brief service. Please bring a potluck dish to share.
This space is for us, created by us. Please contact Dee Ward at dee@kehillasynagogue.org if you would like to co-lead, lead, or create. Please come chemical/scent free, so that events can be accessible to everyone in our community.
For in-person attendance, please adhere to the COVID Public Health Protocols.
IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ: The full Kehilla COVID Public Health Protocols here (updated December 1).
Effective December 1 – This new protocol is designed to decrease the possibility that the COVID, Flu or RSV virus spread at Kehilla.
In keeping with our health and safety protocols, Kehilla will provide maximum air filtration and ventilation. Doors and windows will be opened whenever possible and we recommend that you bring layers (it may be cold in the building).
All events at Kehilla are scent-free. Click here for information about what it means to be scent-free.
