IN PERSON: RAZA Mystical Song Circle with Chana Raskin

January 22 @ 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Join us for an evening of soul-deep, devotional communal song led by Chana Raskin in her first Bay Area event since the release of her path-breaking album KAPELYA, which features an all-women ensemble singing Chabad nigunim traditionally sung only by men.

6:00pm – Potluck dinner and Q&A with Chana Raskin
7:30pm – RAZA Mystical Song Circle led by Chana Raskin
9:00pm – Tea lounge for integration and connection in community

This event is co-sponsored by Kehilla, held at Chochmat HaLev in Berkeley.

Register through Chochmat HaLev here.

This RAZA_circle will be a deep dive into the world of nigun (mystical wordless melodies), and a voice-driven improvisational listening project, where we’ll drop in to touch our inner voices and the healing power of collective song. Come as you are, and be embraced by the power of heart-opening melody and prayer.

This RAZA_circle is open to all. Please bring your heart and voice — this is an evening of collective song, not a concert or performance.

This event will not be held at Kehilla, but for in-person attendance we encourage participants to adhere to the Kehilla COVID Public Health Protocols.
