Aurora Levins Morales Request

Aurora Levins Morales is looking for an East Bay member willing to support her work with Kehilla by hosting her rent-free for two weekends a month through March, to allow her to participate in Talmud study with Rabbi Dev, lead the People of Color affinity group, and take part in other Kehilla related study and creative work. She has another place to stay for two weekends a month, but will need to be in town most weekends.

She’s looking for a chemically safe home that:

  • Is smoke free, mildew-free and low fragrance. (This means no incense, scented candles, air fresheners, strong laundry products, or similar products, and ideally, only unscented laundry products in the home.)
  • Has a spare room with a door.
  • Has a place to park (street is fine.)
  • And where she can keep some food and cook. (She loves to cook for others.)

Please email aurora@historica.us or TEXT 510-601-1910.  No audio call reception at home.
