Hanukkah with Kehilla – Eight Wild Nights!!

This unique Hanukkah, join us for eight wild nights with Kehilla! We will be leading virtual candle-lighting, prayer and song at a different congregant’s home each night. But wait, there’s more! Join us for a POC Shabbhanukkah with Ruthie Levin for BIPOC and their families on Dec. 11th; Havdalah with Rabbi Dev and Hazzan Shulamit on Dec. 12th; and a special Glitter hangout for folks in their 20s and 30s with Rabbi Gray on Dec. 13th! On Dec. 15th, join the Bay Area’s favorite kid’s band Octopretzel for a live performance on Zoom – tickets for Octopretzel here!
Candle-lighting begins promptly at 6pm! Please come ready with your menorah, candles and matches. For local Hanukkah supplies and fair-trade gelt, we recommend Afikomen Judaica in Berkeley.

With Rabbi Dev, Hazzan Shulamit, and Wren Ganin-Pinto. As we have Shabbat morning with musical prayer, torah, and community. We’ll sing HALLEL, psalms of longing, gratitude, and praise as part of our celebration of Chanukah! We’re delighted to welcome Wren Ganin-Pinto to the virtual bima, as they are being mentored as a new Musical Prayer Leader.

Shabbat Afternoon Tisch with Rabbi David Cooper
Varieties of Alternative Jewish Theology
