Executively Speaking: On the Horizon

For many of us, the beginning of August means going on vacation, spending more time outdoors and hanging out with friends.  Here at Kehilla, it means a few other things: a new membership year has begun, preparations for religious school are underway, and the High Holy Days are around the corner.

All of us on staff wish for you to have a relaxed and joyous month.  But we also encourage you to renew your membership and sign up for religious school.  This will be an incredibly busy period for all of us in the office and renewing and registering soon will make our lives easier.

With the redesigning of our website, we have made the process of renewing easier than ever.  Go to kehillasynagogue.org and you will have three choices.  You can download the renewal form and mail it in.  If you want to register online, you can go directly to forms that will either let you pay all at once, or to set up recurring payments (a new innovation on our website).  There is also a form on our website that you can fill out to register your child(ren) for Kehilla school.

We are also deep into High Holy Day planning.  As always, members get free tickets.  But if you are planning on bringing friends or family, please go to the website and purchase your tickets.  And expect to hear from us about helping out.

So, have a marvelous month!
