Torah From the Beginning: The Book of Leviticus
Taught by Sharon Grodin, possibly with occasional guest teachers

New members/drop ins welcome! A comfortable opportunity to study the Torah as it unfolds week by week for another 11 weeks; each class covers the same parasha that will be read/discussed at that week’s Shabbat service.

For adults of all backgrounds and all levels of Torah/Bible experience. (Taught in English, with insights from the Hebrew wording and interpretations). There is no homework. A video is provided after class for use of registrants only; students whose schedules conflict with class time are welcome to register and “take” the class via video, although we’ll miss you!

**Classes are being held via Zoom** Close-captioning by request at registration.

Cost:*
Members – $140 for all remaining sessions after March 29 ($28 per single session)
Non-Members – $165 for all remaining sessions after March 29 ($33 per single session)
*No one turned away for lack of ability to pay; please pay what you can at registration.

Dates and Times: The first session is on a Friday at 12:30pm; after that, every Monday afternoon 1:30-2:30 pm.

  • May 3  (MONDAYS) 1:30-2:30pm

Note: This is a continuing class with ongoing registration. A maximum of 30 students will participate in each session, so register to reserve a spot.
