Elul Outdoor Shabbat Morning Service at the Berkeley Marina

September 2 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

Join us for Elul Outdoor Shabbat Morning Service at the Berkeley Marina with Rabbi David & Julie Nesnansky

Torah discussion focused on our Holy Day theme concerning how we put ourselves forward at this time which requires our resistance. From this day’s parasha, Ki Teytzey, we will use as a text Deuteronomy 23:16-17 which is a support for those who provide sanctuary — one of the tasks we may face. Please bring a chair with you and dress for the bay. Kiddush to follow.  Please also bring vegetarian finger foods to share, if you are able.
Location: South side of the Berkeley Marina on southern side of Shorebird Park. On map apps, use “199 Seawall Dr, 94710”. Park on the far side away from the restaurant, near Shorebird Park. If you cannot see where we are from the parking lot, then take the path to your right (toward Berkeley). We will be just inside the park from there, near the path.
